SUN UV CURE - UV catalyst for polyester resin is an ultra violet catalyst. Added to the polyester resin, it catalyzes after a few minutes of exposure to any source of ultra violet rays, be they solar or artificial rays.

SUN CURE UVC replaces the MEPK catalyst.

Carefully mix the product away from sources of UV rays.
Apply the resin with UV catalyst and at the end of processing place the table exposed to UV rays, whether they are solar or artificial. The catalyzing process will start only after it comes into contact with UV rays.

15ml / 7grams sufficient to act on 3.8 kg of polyester resin.

RATIO:

1 gram of SUN CURE = 0.5 Kg of polyester resin

1 ml of SUN CURE = 0.25 kg of polyester resin

  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

    1) In the area away from solar lights, add Sun Cure UVC 2000 respecting the ratio with resin, in a dark container.

    2) RATIO: 1 gram of SUN CURE = 0.5 Kg of polyester resin;

    1 ml of SUN CURE = 0.25 kg of polyester resin.

    1 bag of 15ml, 7g or 3 tablespoons = 1 Gallon / 3.8L

    3) Make sure there is plenty of space at the top of the container to allow for easy mixing.

    4) Test a small amount in the sun before use.

    5) The resin coating of a surfboard must be done in an area away from direct sunlight. The procedure is exactly the same, except for the curing process. If using opaque pigments or thicknesses add a small amount of (normal mekp catalyst) to the Sun Cure and mix. This will eventually make it possible to treat all areas that are difficult to reach under the sun's rays

    6) Place the table in the sun or ultraviolet light
