PHOSPHORESCENT PHOTOLUMINOSCENT PIGMENT GIVES LIGHT IN THE DARK.
 Powder pigments to be used with both polyester and epoxy vehicles. They consist of very fine particles. When they are added to the resin they tend to form lumps; it is therefore necessary to dilute them in small quantities of resin by working with a spatula until a creamy concentrate is accepted to be added to the rest of the resin, preferably filtered with a special filter.
