 If you already have a blank already processed and you want to be accompanied only in the lamination phase, select the option "Yes" from the "Blank Preshaped" option. To request a preshaped blank instead, write to Shape House, or go to www.shapehousesurf.com
 What it includes:
 - Use of all working tools;
 - 1 blank in PU USBLANKS, Silmar polyester resin, Fiberglass, Futures boxes, FCS or Fins Unlimited for Twin, Thruster or 2 + 1 setting;
 - All the necessary consumables;
 - 15% discount on the shape house shop, excluding blanks
 Planning and Design (skype or in person)
 - Welcome, coffee and chat with our artisans before starting;
 - We design your table project together through Cad programs applied to shaping;
 - Planning and design can be done in advance by telephone or mail to favor people who come from outside the area and have a project ready to be implemented upon arrival; especially for those who want to start from a Preshaped, which requires time to build !! For those who wish, in fact, you can request a preshaped blank of your project, both in EPS and PU.
 - Reservation of the Shaping room and choice of the necessary materials. Shaping - Print of the project to the PC;
 - Recognition of the work to be done together with our craftsmen;
 - Model your table with all the professional tools provided;
 - Ask for the support of our craftsmen at any time, at your disposal!
 - We will accompany you in all phases, but you will get dirty !!!
 - Final check, glassing room reservation and material choice.
 Glassing
 • Accompanied choice of the lamination technique and the materials you will need;
 • Installation of plugs that go before lamination;
 • Every time you leave the laboratory (the resin phase involves short passages) you must book the glassing room;
 • Bottom lamination;
 • Deck lamination
 • Hotcoat Deck;
 • Hotcoat Bottom;
 • Post lamination plug installation;
 • Final check, reservation of the Sanding Room and choice of material.
 Sanding
 • Presentation of sanding and polishing tools;
 • Final check


 Some of these options you can choose to do on your own, for free. You will only have to purchase the necessary material.
